

The onboarding process has two main parts:
Creating and configuring your Saleem Doctor Portal profile
Accepting the NHRA Mehan regulatory invitation (for Bahrain-licensed doctors)
Follow each step in order to ensure your profile becomes Ready for Patients.

Once the regulatory process is initiated, the provider must set up their profile here on the Saleem Doctor Portal to begin managing patients.
Step 1: Register Your Account
Click Register.
Enter the following information:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
Password
Submit the form to create your account.
When logging in for the first time, upload your professional documents.
Required documents:
Passport copy
Medical license or medical certificates
Accepted formats:
PNG
JPG
Maximum file size:
5 MB
Go to:
Profile Settings > Profile
Fill in the following information:
Profile photo
Country
Timezone (important for appointment accuracy)
Then go to:
Profile Settings > Career
Add:
Medical specialty
Professional title (for example, Consultant)
Short professional bio for patients
Go to:
Profile Settings > Services
Create at least 1 to 3 services that patients can book.
Example services:
Online Consultation
Follow-up Consultation
Specialist Consultation
For each service, define:
Consultation duration (15 to 120 minutes)
Consultation fee
Go to:
Calendar > Setup Working Hours
Select:
Working days
Available time ranges
Example:
Sunday: 09:00 to 13:00
Your availability determines when patients can book appointments.
Part 2: Accepting the NHRA Mehan Invitation
(Bahrain Doctors Only)
This step is required by the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) to legally connect your medical license with Saleem Telemedicine.
System requirements:
Use a desktop or laptop
Mobile devices may not display all options correctly
Login requirement:
Active NHRA Mehan account
Steps:
Log in to the NHRA Mehan Professional Portal.
Navigate to Professional Services.
Select the invitation service:
Part-Time Practice
Telemedicine
If the invitation type is Part-Time Practice, upload:
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current hospital
Contract Letter provided by Saleem Telemedicine
If the invitation type is Telemedicine, complete the following sections in the Mehan portal:
Personal details
Education history
Professional licenses
Work experience
Questionnaire
Upload the required documents:
Passport copy (first and last pages)
Current CV
Valid Good Standing Report
Processing fee:

Before your profile becomes Ready for Patients, confirm the following:
Passport and certificates uploaded
Profile photo and specialties completed
At least one service added with price and duration
Working hours configured and visible
NHRA invitation accepted (if applicable)
If you experience issues during onboarding:
